the power output terminals are directly coupled to the high-voltage node and the low-voltage node of the half-bridge switching unit, wherein the power output terminals are coupleable to at least one LED, wherein the power output terminals are also configured to drive the at least one LED when the at least one LED is coupled to the power output terminals.
