This method is applied in the clinical and spatial medical practice for radioprotection of biological objects. It greatly increases the radio resistance of a biological object, which ensures the large cumulative dosages of ray loadings. The method uses radio-protector agents, which are non-toxic and have a wide range of prophylactic and therapeutic action. It is implemented through treatment under a scheme with gluco-galacto-xylo-mannan, with a molecular mass of 200,000, and low-molecular melanoid, with molecular mass of 12,000, obtained from microorganisms of the Rhodotorula Rubra type.
