The adder adopts neural network to increas operating speed. The adder includes a first input synapsis group for coupling a first voltage to line with coupling strength of weight of bits of a first exponent, a second input synapsis group for coupling a second voltage to line, a comparator comprising neurons excited by difference of coupling strength of a first and a second voltage to compare the magnitnde of the first and the second exponent, a synapsis group for coupling the second voltage to the first line with coupling strength determined by a first, a second mantissa and carry, a first bias synapsis group for coupling a first voltage to a first line with coupling strength twice the input coupling strength, and an adder for adding two mantissa.
