PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arch rubber fender that is improved so as to prevent a head part from buckling.SOLUTION: An arch rubber fender 10 includes a pair of legs 11 formed into opened leg shape and a head 12 to connect upper edges of the pair of legs 11. The head 12 has a flat top face 14. A steel plate 13 is buried in the head 12. An entire outer surface of the steel plate 13 is covered and connected with a rubber constituting the head 12.EFFECT: When a compressive force is applied on the top face 14 of the head 12 of the fender 10, the fender can bear a load to buckle the head 12 as the rubber of the head 12 and the steel plate 13 buried in the head are unified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
