PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting system to be used for various public competitions.SOLUTION: A voting system in public competitions includes: a user processing part for performing processing relating to a user who uses a voting system; a user information storage part; a competition information acceptance part for accepting information relating to public competitions from a public competition information center system which provides information relating to public competitions; a voting information storage part for storing information relating to the voting of a user; a voting processing part for accepting the information of voting relating to the public competitions from a multi-media terminal, and for storing the information of voting in the voting information storage part to perform processing relating to the voting of a user without outputting any voting ticket to the user; a voting result determination part for determining the user who has won an election on the basis of the information of the competition result of the public competitions and the information relating to voting stored in the voting information storage part; and a settlement processing part for executing settlement processing to the user who has won the election. |
