The comfortable chair comprises the spring (5,15); the arm- supporting frame which can be rotated on the axis-supporter (20); the first axis (8) composed of the back frame (1) and the left frame (2) which are rotatable; and the second and the third axis composed of a friction piston (14) which can perform a sliding-friction movement and a T-type supporting frame having the center axis (16) of the back frame and the left frame. The operation of the chair starts when the rotation of the third axis is bigger or less than the sliding motion of the friction piston (14).
