The exhaust pressure balancing condenser being connected with exhaust system for discharging combustion gas expanded from the engine cylinder, increases engine performance by uniformly distributing exhaust pressure passing through respective cylinders. The condenser comprises a reservoir tank for storing exhaust gas temporarily; a by-pass tube for guiding induction or discharging of the exhaust gas respectively, connected with the ends of the reservoir tank or exhaust discharging device. The condenser discharges over-expanding gas to the exhaust discharging device after temporarily storing the gas in the reservoir tank.
