A power taking device and vehicle. The power taking device comprises an OBD signal conversion voltage circuit (102), a boost circuit (103) and a voltage-reducing circuit (104). The OBD signal conversion voltage circuit (102) is configured to convert an OBD signal outputted by an OBD interface (101) into a voltage, and output the same to the boost circuit (103) and the voltage-reducing circuit (104). The boost circuit (103) is configured to boost the voltage outputted by the OBD signal conversion voltage circuit (102) and output a first voltage. The voltage-reducing circuit (104) is configured to reduce the voltage outputted by the OBD signal conversion voltage circuit (102) and output a second voltage, and boost or reduce a voltage the signal by converting the signal outputted by the OBD interface (101) into the voltage signal, such that the OBD rarely used in the vehicles is utilized, power is taken therefrom to obtain a voltage value having different voltage ranges, thus being suitable for charge of different electronic apparatuses of a user, having a simple circuit structure and a wide application range, and being convenient for a user. |
