The apparatus for guiding the light flexibly with the optical fiber as well as controlling the light quantity arbitrarily includes a convex lens (L1) placed at the window side where the sun shines, another convex lens (L4) placed at the room side, concave lens (L2,L3) converting the refractive/parallel light to the parallel/refractive one, and a light pathway (P) guiding the parallel light.
