The automatic meat-cutter includes a transferring means for transferring and holding meat in one direction with a forward/backward revolution roller and a loading bar, a cutting means for mounting a roller between cutting members having a plurality of edges on the round table and arranging the edges separately in zigzags, a plurality of guiding grooves and a guiding screw pair, one end of the upper guiding screw having a dropping guiding hole and the other end of the lower guiding screw having a raising guiding hole respectively, separately the cutting means on the upper and lower side to be raised and shifted in back and forth directions, thereby quickly cutting the meat sticking to the ribs correctly and sanitarily.
