<p>The metals are extracted from a mixt. of ash (1) and acid (2), the acid being residual contg. metal ions and consisting of mainly hydrochloric acid, the zinc content of which is at least 500 mg/l and iron of at least 50 mg/l. The ash involved is obtd from combustion of bio fuel. The mixt. of ash and acids is washed with acid (5) and/or water (6). The washing fluid (8) obtd. after passage through the ash is adjusted to between pH 3 and 7. The washing fluid is treated with anions for formation of difficult soluble cpds., being processed with a water-soluble sulphate salt and/or a sulphide soln. or a water-soluble carbonate soln.</p> |
