The muffler for preventing the accumulation of the oil in the concave section and the resonance box, has an oil receiving hole respectively connected with the concave section and the resonance box. The muffler comprises a cylinder having an inlet and an outlet; a resonance hole connected with the resonance box and formed near the inlet of suction flow passage; a concave hole connected with the concave section and formed near the other side of the suction flow passage; an oil receiving hole formed at the lower side of the resonance hole and the concave hole.
