Lifting platform using nuts on threaded rods

The platform has a support rod (1) with a thread along which a lifting cradle or support element (5) with the platform mounted on it can be moved. The cradle carries a nut (2a) with it. The nut can turn relative to the top and bottom sides of the cradle. The cradle has a braking element (8), with which the support nut can be engaged so that it can no longer turn. A further safety element is built in, which either operates automatically or can be operated from outside. The counter-support (3) can be moved parallel to the support rod by an annular cylinder (10) with a piston. The annular cylinder may be hydraulic or pneumatic.
