PURPOSE:To provide the high-quality liquid crystal display panel, which prevents picture display from being burnt by ion adsorption even when asymmetric driving waveforms provided with DC components are impressed, by reducing the adsorbable property of negative ion for an oriented film provided on a first substrate and reducing the adsorbable property of positive ion for an oriented film provided on a second substrate. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a first oriented film 15 provided on a first substrate 11, second oriented film 16 provided on a second substrate 12, panel internal spacer 18 provided between the first and second substrates 11 and 12, and seal part 17 for sealing a liquid crystal layer 19 between the first and second substrates 11 and 12, the first and second oriented films 15 and 16 are constituted so as to provide different surface states, and the first and second substrates 11 and 12 are constituted so as to provide the different adsorbable property of ionic impurity. |
