The tower is made from a single piece of pre-cut cardboard, which is folded to form a rigid structure with multiple slots to accommodate the discs. The sheet of cardboard is delivered with fold lines, windows, covers, tongues and slots. The assembly is made rigid by insertion of the tongues in the appropriate slots, closing the edges together and forming top and bottom surfaces. The slots which accept the compact discs are formed by four rows of windows cut in the surface of the cardboard, and positioned so they lie in two rows one behind the other when the cardboard is folded.
