The device is designed for all types of automobiles having front disk brakes and wheel rims having valve holes. It consists of a metal housing which has least one pin at both its ends having a shape depending on the valve holes in the rim and lengths depending on the outside rim wall and the brake disk without touching it. Two sliding plates having at least one fixing spike at their ends are mounted in a groove formed between the wall of the housing and the internal cover, and in their internal side the plates have holes in which the locking safety lock cartridge enters, fitted in the hole of the hub. Longitudinally to the hub there is a slit in which a pin moves fitted to the fixing hole of the cartridge. A spring, fitted between the pin and the sliding plates holds the cartridge in drawn out (unlocked) position, and two springs hold the studs and the sliding plates in open position. After the device is locked to the rim, any attempt at driving the vehicle will make the housing pins rest in the housing for the braking jaws and interlock the wheel. During the assembly the device covers one or several of the wheel bolts and it does not permit any disassembly of the wheel from the vehicle.
