The wall-section (1) can have a hook or opening (4) through which a hanger rail passes, this is also forming a suspension rail for the wall-section itself. At a point where it is suspended from the rail, the wall-section can be of mechanically stable material such as metal, this consisting of a sheet-metal reinforcing strip. The strip can be bent into an angular shape (3). The opening through which the hanger rail passes can be of appreciably larger diameter than the rail itself.
