The method is for testing a board of tie trunk loop signal type. The method comprises the steps of: (A) operating a switch to connect a testing apparatus and a loop; (B) testing a power supplying function and a loop holding function; (C) testing a dial pulse detecting function and a dial pulse sending function after holding loop of a channel; and (D) testing a polarity inverting function and an inverted polarity detecting function.
