PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device capable of outputting a different voice for each price of merchandise or each type of merchandise while reducing costs in installation by simplifying a configuration, and facilitating attachment to an automatic vending machine.SOLUTION: An information providing device that is retrofitted to an automatic vending machine includes: a plurality of first input circuits for inputting counter control signals to be output from a plurality of counter control signal output terminals disposed in the main control part of the automatic vending machine; a plurality of first storage regions disposed in each of the first input circuits; voice data stored in each of the first storage regions; an output part for, when the counter control signal is input to the first input circuit, outputting voice data stored in the first storage region corresponding to the first input circuit to which the counter control signal is input as a voice; and a power supply part for supplying power to the first input circuits, the first storage regions, and the output part. |
