FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: panel has solid and leak-tight case 1 made of fluoroplastic with immured reinforcing 2, and internal cavity. Middle vacuum is assured in the cavity with observed condition as follows: l exceeds or equal to d, where d is minimum spacing between cavity walls; and l is molecular free path. Case 1 has outer soundproof face layers 4 and rear layers 5. In so doing magnets 7 are installed on case 1 and carrying structures 6. Parameters of the magnets such as polarity and magnetic field intensity are matched in such a way that there is no direct mechanical contact between case 1 and carrying structures 6. And gap 8 is originated between them filled with air. Case 1 reinforcing is used as a part of contactless fastening unit or as winding of electromagnet 7 being a part of it, i. e. its structural members 2 and 7 are integrated into a single member (coincided).
