PURPOSE: To eliminate the possiblity of light or the like coming through without making any gap in the portion connecting a seal member to a first member by making an elastic seal member movable to the axial direction and also to the outward in the radius direction. CONSTITUTION: A dealing device is consisted of a lens-barrel 1 holding a lens L and movable in parallel with the central axis X, a cylindrical lens-barrel cover 7, a ring shape seal member holder 4 arranged facing the front end of a fixed cylinder 2, a ring shape seal member held relatively movable to the seal member holder 4 and fitted relatively slidable on the peripheral surface of the lens-barrel 1, and the like. The inside diameterϕD of a ring shape groove of the seal member holder 4 is designed larger than the outside diameterϕC of a seal member 3 in the condition of being fitted to the peripheral surface of the lens-barrel 1. Because the axial direction dimension F of the ring shape groove is designed larger than the axial direction dimension E of the seal member 3 as well, the seal member 3 can move to the outside of the radius direction and also to the axial direction inside the ring shape groove of the seal member holder 4.
