SPINNING BLOCK FOR MANUFACTURING A SYNTHETIC MULTIFILAMENT CONSISTING OF DIFFERENT SHAPED FIBER

The circular spinning holes and slit-type flat spinning holes with different cross sections are arrayed on the same the spinneret in the form of lattices. The shape deformation ratio of long axis length to short axis length of the slit is 2-9. The spinneret satisfies the equation 10 �C(%) �40, where C(%) is the percentage of circular spinning holes of the same spinneret. The spinneret produces mixed synthetic fibers with a uniform and chic gloss like natural fibers.
