Disclosed are a protein molecular maker Dkk-3 protein related to muscle atrophy, and an application thereof in the diagnosis of diseases of muscle atrophy. Compared with that in normal muscle cells, the expression of the Dkk-3 protein is obviously high in muscle atrophy cells, and therefore the Dkk-3 protein can be used as an effective marker for detecting muscle atrophy. |
