FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: method is based on biochemical methods of analysis. Method involves oral administration of sulfadimezin (dose is 10 mg/kg body mass) before eating to children infected with hepatitis B. Then after 5 hr ratio of acetylated and total sulfadimezin is determined in blood sample taken from finger (in 0.1 ml volume). Repeated analysis is carried out in 1 year and integration of hepatitis B virus in genome is detected at difference value in patient between the first and the second analysis above 15%. EFFECT: improved method of virus integration.
