A cover for warming pipe wherein plural V grooves(16) are formed on the surface of an inorganic fiber slab plate(1') and on an adhesive paper(6) is bonded to the opposite surface of the plate(1'): a manufacturing method thereof comprising the step cutting the plate(1') as feeding it ; the step spraying adhesive of the opposite surface to bond the adhesive paper; the step fixing the plate to form plural V grooves; and the step repeating the steps : and a manufacturing apparatus thereof having a cutting edge(3) in upstream of a conveyer belt(2); an adhesive spraying nozzle(4), a winding roll(5), a press roll(7) and a guide roll(8) in downstream of the cutting edge(3); a pressing means having a press rollers(9,10) and a press plate(11) contacted to the rear end of the conveyer belt(2); supporting plates(13,13'); and a rotation edge(14) swiveled between the supporting plates(13,13'); are disclosed.
