In a joining device for joining, without welding, pipes which adjoin one another substantially at right angles in the piping system of a temperature-control device for outside walls, most of a sleeve 32 with an external screw thread is screwed into a pipe end 31 which is to be joined. This sleeve has axially directed passage openings 33 for the heat-transfer liquid 35 and an axially directed central threaded hole 34 for holding a threaded bolt 36. This bolt runs through the pipe 26 which runs perpendicular to this pipe 25 and is to be joined thereto and joins the two pipes 25 and 26 together.
