A circuit for generating an even number multiple of frequency is disclosed. A signal(fs) is passed through a 90 degree of phase shifter(1) and is provided to base terminals of transistors (Q5,Q8)(Q6,Q7) contained at a multiplier(2). The signal(fs) is also provided to base terminals of transistors(Q9,Q10) of the multiplier(2). Emitters of the transistors (Q5,Q8)(Q6,Q7) are connected to collectors of the transistors(Q9,Q10). Collectors of the transistors (Q5,Q7) are connected the node of a collector and a base of transistors(Q1,Q2). Collectors of the transistors (Q6,Q8) are connected the node of a collector and a base of transistors(Q3,Q4). The collector of the transistor(Q2) is connected to a collector of the transistor(Q13) and a voltage output(Vo). The collector of the transistor(Q4) is connected to the base of the transistor(Q11) and the collector of the transistor(Q12). The emitter of the transistor(Q11) is commonly connected to the transistors(Q12,Q13).
