This device comprises the manual valve of which port conversion is conducted by joining the shift selector lever, two shift control solenoid valves blocking or discharging the oil pressure obtained from the oil pump, the shift control valve checking the valves which operates the kick down servo brake end clutch, etc and the 1, 2 speed control valves of which the valve spools move, connected with the 1, 2 speed control conduit lines, and the discharge conduit lines for discharge of the oil pressure of the shift control solenoid valve.
