摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect inclination and vibration, and to facilitate the manufacture of a detecting unit, and to reduce the working manhours so as to lower the cost by rolling a conductive spherical body, which is held in an opening of an electrode plate at the predetermined diameter. SOLUTION: A conductive steel spherical body 1 is arranged so as to be held by an upper end of a ring-shaped opening 3 of an electrode plate 2, and in the case where an angle formed by a straight line, which connects the center of the steel spherical body 1 and the holding points, and the direction of the center of gravity of the steel spherical body 1 is expressed withθ, when the electrode plate 2 is inclined at an angle more than the angleθ, the steel spherical body 1 is rolled from the opening and abuts on a side surface of a case 5 for stop. At this stage, short-circuiting is generated between the electrode plate 2 and the case 5, and the inclination can be detected by electrically detecting the generation of short-circuiting. When the vibration in the vertical or the horizontal direction is applied, the steel spherical body 1 is rolled for abutment on the case 5, and the vibration is thereby detected. Desirable angle of inclination can be detected by adjusting the opening so as to adjust the angleθ. Furthermore, the fine work for cutting the inclined surface of the electrode plate can be eliminated.
