An improved moisture proof package suitable for shipping, storing and dispensing moisture curable hot melt adhesive comprising a primary container formed from a rigid plastic material into which the molted adhesive is poured; the primary container being positioned within a secondary container, the secondary container being of substantially the same size and configuration as the primary container; the open surface of the primary container being completely sealed with a flexible moisture barrier film; and a lid completely covering the exposed surface of the secondary container, forming a seal around the periphery thereof.
