An apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory including computer program code, where the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured, with the at least one processor, to cause the apparatus to: provide connection to network control nodes; at least one of send and receive data at least one of to and from a first network control node and at least one second network control node via a transceiver by a carrier aggregation; establish uplink scheduling information; detect whether the first network control node and the at least one second network control node belong to a same site by detecting whether the first network control node and the at least one second network control node belong to a same timing advance group; and based on detecting that the first network control node and the at least one second network control node do not belong to a same site, sending of the uplink scheduling information for the first network control node and the at least one second network control node, wherein the uplink scheduling information is triggering and cancelling uplink scheduling at one of the first network control node and the at least one second network control node independent of another one of the first network control node and the at least one second network control node.
