SOLUTION: This sensitive material contains hydrazine represented by formula I or II and a phosphonium salt represented by formula III. In the formulae I, II, each of L1 and L2 is a divalent combining group, each of G1 and G2 is carbonyl, sulfonyl, sulfinyl, etc., each of R1 , R3 and R5 is H, alkyl, aralkyl, etc., each of R4 and R6 is alkoxy, aryloxy, etc., Z is a group of atoms required to form an N-contg. 5- to 18-membered ring, X is a counter ion and each of (m) and (n) is 0 or 1. In the formula III, each of R<11> -R<13> is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkenyl, etc., (t) is an integer, Q is a t-valent org. group, (u) is an integer of 1-3 and X is a u-valent anion.
