摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate an exit pupil at almost infinity and to shorten a total length by providing a main optical system having a positive refractive power and a lens provided in the vicinity of an image plane between the main optical system and a solid-state image pickup element and satisfying a specific condition. SOLUTION: This system is composed, in order from the object side, of a main optical system ML having a positive refractive power, a low pass filter LP and a condenser lens CL having a positive refractive power. The condenser lens CL is provided in the vicinity of an image plane between the main optical system ML and a solid-state image pickup element and satisfys the conditional relation: 1.8<|b/a|, where (a) is a distance from the exit pupil position of the main optical system ML to an image plane, b is a distance from the exit pupil position of a photographing optical system to the image plane. By this constitution, the exit pupil position is moved from the image plane away even when the photographing optical system is miniaturized and the photographing optical system whose exit pupil is located at almost infinity and total length is short is realized.
