PURPOSE:To down-load new information locally in real time by allowing the system to register an information data newly registered to a data file upon the receipt of an automatic down-load command request from a subscriber and to down-load the information to the subscriber requesting the automatic down-load command. CONSTITUTION:An information data is registered in a data file 10 by an information data registration means 14 receiving a registration request from a subscriber. A down-load means 11 receivers an information data down-load request of the subscriber and down-load the information data registered from the data file 10. An automatic down-load registration means 13 registers the request to an automatic down-load registration file 12 when the subscriber requests automatic down-load of the information data. When the automatic down-load registration by the subscriber exists in the automatic down-load registration file 12 and new registration of the information data from other subscriber is given to the data file 10, the down-load means 11 down-loads the information data to the subscriber registered in the automatic down-load registration file 12. |
