PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate and facilitate the partial change of a message by setting the message selected at the time of transmission to be initial data, partially correcting it remaining in a transmission mode and transmitting it. SOLUTION: In addition to operation switches for 'stop', 'transmission' and 'selection', an operation switch for 'correction' is provided. At the time of desiring to use a registered message by partially changing at the time of transmission, the operation switch for 'correction' is operated while displaying one of registered messages selected by the operation switch for 'selection'. Thereby a message on a display is partially corrected and at the time of operating the operation switch for 'transmission' in addition, the corrected message is transmitted. Consequently, as the registering of the message is not necessitated for every correction, the partial change of the transmitting message at a teleterminal system is made quick and facilitated.
