Detection of presence of surfactants in water used to clean vessels and tanks in bottle-washing plants and machinery for food and drink

A process and assembly to detect the presence of tensides in rinsing water used to clean the vessels and tanks associated with bottle washing plant and machinery for food and drinks industries. The novelty is that: (a) the water which drains from the final-stage of the washing/rinsing process is collected, brought to a given temperature, measured, evaluated and returned; (b) the dynamic surface tension of the residual tenside content is measured using a bubble tensiometer and used as an expression of the residual tenside content; (c) the results of the test are used to determine the next stage of the rinsing process; (d) if the tenside content is too high, then the vessels or tanks are rinsed again.
