The testing system has an illumination unit (2) for illuminating the glass body (B) and an imaging unit (3,4,5,6) which has at least one camera unit (3), for the optical imaging of the glass body. It also has a control unit (7) for the control of at least of the exposure and/or the optical imaging. The imaging unit has at least one primary optic (4), with at least one segment (51 to 58), and is designed for the pattern optical imaging of at least one part of the glass body using part images across at least one segment in the camera unit.
