PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subjective composition capable of improving a quality of skin by enhancing softness of a horny layer by containing melinamide, and retinol or retinyl ester. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (a) 0.001-10wt.% retinol, retinyl ester or a mixture thereof, (b) 0.0001-50wt.% melinamide and (c) a vehicle permissible to a makeup. These components show synergistic effects by using the components in combination and synergistically improve breeding of keratin- generating cells. The composition is capable of preventing and treating a dry skin, a sunburned skin, wrinkles, a senile plaque, a senile skin, acne, psoriasis by sunburn, atopic dermatitis, a rough skin, a flaked skin, etc. The composition has an effect like retinoic acid. |
