At least three frequencies (BF, HF, MF-S) are generated by a unit (5), and at least three of these frequencies have defined relationships with each other and/or can be described as being functions of each other. At least one of these frequencies (MF-S) acts as a control signal for a phase-sensitive or regulated monodirectional guide. The signal from the transmitter (3) with the carrier frequency (BF) is combined with a high frequency (HF) in a mixer to generate a differential frequency (MF), which is directed towards the guide and the signal from this is used to carry out analysis of the object (1). |
