PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a punched pictograph permitting an excellent effect of display when it is used for an advertisement or a display of a store and produce a result similar to that of a conventional neon sign with little electric power. SOLUTION: A sheet of a same form of a punched pictograph is manufactured by coating with a OPP film a sheet 4 of tracing paper 1 on which an original drawing of characters and patterns 5 is copied, providing a fence 6 of a desired thickness around the pattern, overlaying therein a resin 7 which is an ink fully mixed with fluorescent paint and luminous paint clearly emitting light when irradiated with near ultraviolet rays and which is cured by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays, rolling out the resin into a sheet form by a round bar 9, irradiating it with ultraviolet for approximately 2 to 4 minutes, and then rinsing uncured part with detergent when a light receiving part is cured. |
