摘要

FIELD: preparation of combined fodder in agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: continuous mixer has horizontal body accommodating screw conveyer with coarse- and fine-pitch flights. Located between flights with two different pitches is interval with no flights. Installed on body are main and additional charging ports and also discharging port. Located under main charging port is screw conveyer section with coarse-pitch flights, and installed under additional charging port is screw conveyer section with fine-pitch flights. Installed on fine-pitch flights in zone between additional charging and discharging ports are blades and slots. Deflectors are installed above slots on screw flight surface in direction to discharging port. EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixer operation and quality of mixing of loose materials; reduced power consumption. 4 cl, 3 dwgd
