PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial polymer molded product which can be produced by processing the surface of a polymer molded product, after molded. SOLUTION: In the molded product at least whose surface portion is formed from a polymer containing cyano groups and/or thiocyano groups, monovalent copper ions are carried on the surface through the cyano groups and/or the thiocyano groups, and the total amount of a chlorine content and a nitrate ion content in the polymer material containing the cyano groups and/or the thiocyano groups is <=400wt.ppm.
