The apparatus comprises an extracting means that extractes soy bean oil, a solidifying means that mixes the soy bean oil and a solidifying agent, and a forming means for bean-curd. The apparatus includes a centrifugal separator with a mixing wing (5) that mixes the soy bean oil and water in the case, extracting holes (3',3") on the cap of the centrifugal separator, and a motor that transmittes the power through a clutch. The centrifugal separator extractes the soy bean oil by separating the mixed water and soy bean powder centrifugally. |
