Tilting mounting for window e.g. skylight

The window mounting has the window frame tilting about an axis (14) at one in one setting of the control linkage and swivelling inside the main frame about a second axis (22) in another setting of the control linkage. single hand control moves the linkage between the two modes of control. The window pane and its inner frame has the swivel mounting while the outer frame has the tilt action. The single sliding control operates on the various catches to set either mode, enabling the operator to open and close the window in one simple action.
