The actuating element has two electrodes (21,22) opposing each other at a fixed end (21), a thrust deformation piezoelement (24) overlaying the electrodes and an opposing electrode (25) which is mounted opposite the first two electrodes on the free end of the piezoelement. The opposing electrode is displaced in its plane corresp to the polarisation direction of the thrust deformation piezoelement if a voltage is applied to the two electrodes.
