The flexible collar (3a,b) is double-walled and has a sealed cavity (16) which is filled with a fluid at specific pressure. The cavity is connected to a monitoring device which monitors the fluid pressure and/or flow. The collar is ring-shaped and the cavity stretches longitudinally to the ring periphery. The collar consists of an inner wall (12) and an outer wall (13) which are connected together at the rim region (14,15).
