PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten manufacturing time and maintenance time and reduce manufacturing cost and maintenance cost by omitting soldering of a terminal for use with a battery used in a small-sized electronic apparatus onto a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A first terminal 3 for use with a battery which is made up of a wire rod for use as spring and forms bent parts 32 by bending, at a specified angle, tips of extension parts 33 extended at a specified angle from two lower ends of an approximately M-shape is inserted from under a battery housing part 21 into a first groove 22 and put to hold/lock with a tip 31 of a middle part of the approximately M-shape brought into contact with a projection part 23. When the printed wiring board 2 is pressed against by an upper case 2, the extension parts 33 and the bent parts 32 of the first terminal 3 for use with a battery which project under the battery housing part 21 are deflected due to elasticity and the bent parts 32 make contact with a first electrode 41 of the printed wiring board 2 and conducted.
