摘要 FIELD: electric machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to manufacture of commutator electric machines for which electromagnetic compatibility during running enhanced requirements are imposed. Pit for brush holders 4 has wing-shaped screens 5 in its lower part on climbing and leaving sides over entire width of brush 2. Their end parts are located beneath level of tangent line 8 drawn to points of climbing 6 and leaving 7 of brush 2. Internal surface of wing-shaped screens 5 has curvature of parabolic type. y =2px, where axis of parabola lies on tangent line. Focus of parabola lies on axis at distance of p/2 from vertex of parabola. Brush holder 4 has hollow boss on side facing commutator risers over entire width of brush holder that is located above commutator risers 1. Internal surface of hollow boss also has curvature of parabolic type where axis of parabola in intersecting planes along axis of machine is located above lower face of hollow boss by value of doubled clearance between hollow boss and cylindrical surface of commutator risers 1. Thus high-frequency parasitic electromagnetic fields of radiointerference emerging in electric machine with running of commutating slide contact are localized on internal hollows of screens of brush holders and do not induce high-frequency emf in frontal parts of windings, connecting wires and brush wires which leads to enhanced electromagnetic compatibility of electric machines of given class with radio electronic systems of various application.
