1. Method of breaking material into blanks, comprising making on the material recesses by clamp elements, forming stress concentrator and applying in its plane a breaking impulse load, characterized in that first the material is compressed to the elastic limit and in the recessed zone of the stress concentrator to the ductility limit and forming a big wave resistance within compressed portion of the material, and maintaining the load, applying static and impulse loads to an overhang portion of the material with frequency, equal to the own frequency of the overhang portion of the material. 2. Device for breaking material comprising a framework with arranged on it a hydraulic drive for moving a breaker element and hydro clamps with changeable knife blades, hydraulic cylinders of which are interconnected, and the diameter of the clamp o hydraulic cylinder is greater than the diameter of the breaker element hydraulic cylinder, characterized in that the device comprises a a plate, connected with the breaker element hydraulic drive enabling to move, a percussion-pulse drive with a breaker element is secured to the plate and a non-return valve is as arranged between the two hydraulic cylinders. 3. Device of Claim 2 characterized in that a base protrudes over the framework. 4. Device of Claim 2 characterized in that the knife blades are made of hard alloy. 5. Device of Claim 2 characterized in that the cutting edge of the breaker element is defined by the plane parallel to the cutting plane and by the plane extending at an acute angle to the overhang. |
