PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a continous traveling distance at the time of a puncture. SOLUTION: This assembly is an assembly 1 of a tire for motor bicycle and a rim which is provided with a tire 2, a rim 3 and a tube arranged within a tire inner cavity surface 4 and a buffer body 6 having closed cells. In the buffer body 6, a ratio (D/dd) of an outer diameter D in a free state before a tire inner cavity insertion and a maximum diameter dd of the tire inner cavity surface in which internal pressure is made zero is 0.90 to 1.0 and a ratio (W/Wi) of a maximum cross section width W in the free state of the buffer body 6 and a maximum cross section width Wi of the tire inner cavity surface of the assembly 1 in a no-load state in which stipulated internal pressure is filled is 1.05 to 1.2. A ratio (S/Sd) of virtual cross section S of the buffer body 6 when a recessed part of the buffer body 6 does not exist in the free state and cross section Sd of the tire inner cavity surface in which internal pressure is made zero is made 1.0 to 1.15.
